A seasoned executive and serial entrepreneur, Baruch is the Chief Operating and Financial Officer at Rubber Ring Creative. Having founded his first tech startup in 2002, Baruch has guided a variety of companies through expansion and growth. He has managed engineering teams in aero and defense, semiconductor manufacturing, heavy equipment manufacturing, and renewable energy. Baruch obtained his MBA degree from Northeastern University and his doctorate in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. He is the published author of many publications in peer-reviewed journals and is the holder of multiple patents. Baruch resides on Prince Edward Island, Canada, with his wife and a Great Pyrenees puppy.
